Friday 24 October 2008 saw the The Copa Showbar, PGF Mr Body Beautiful 2008 Competition. 19 handsome Thai hunks displayed their assets in an attempt to win the coveted title of Mr Body Beautifull 2008 along with a magnificant trophy (right: trophies) and prize money.

The Copa was packed to capacity with many people having to stand to watch the contestants "strut their stuff" to try and win one of the four prizes on offer .


  
     As well as a trophy the contestants could win:
  1st Prize: 8,000 baht sponsored by Boyz Boyz Boyz
  2nd Prize: 5,000 baht sponsored by Panorama
  3rd Prize: 3,000 baht sponsored by The Copa Showbar.
  Mr Popular : 5,000 baht sponsord by Le Cafe Royale
 

The contestants were judged by: Khun Golf of A Bomb, Graham from Uniform Bar in Sunee Plaza and Eugene Gallagher from the Tree of Life Organisation in Ireland, who decided the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
The audience decided who Mr Popular was by buying roses.
Over 44,000 bhat was rasied for Pattaya Gay Festival charities by door admissions, the sale of Mr Popular roses and a magnificent donation of 10,000 baht from Eugene Gallagher.
